‘A Shot at Redemption for Route Operators: Making it Simple and Easy’

Speaker(s): Frank Seninsky
Available To: Attendees and Exhibitors

Wow! Even route operators can make money with redemption games. You can even start with just one redemption game! What is wrong with collecting one quarter and giving back a nickel…and collecting thousands of quarters and giving back thousands of nickels?

This is what redemption is all about: a magic formula to make serious money when you know how to properly ‘balance the entertainment value’ of each game with the number of tickets and in the process, awarding customers with “perceived value” they feel they have received by playing. Learn how to correct the “Five Worst Practices” and dispel the “Five Myths” that bleed redemption revenue and destroy the illusion.
Frank Seninsky, the “wizard of redemption,” will grant you two wishes: “Revenue increases of five times what your video games are earning” and “Games you don’t have to rotate because they keep earning year after year.”
Frank is President of the Alpha-Omega Group of companies, which includes a consulting agency, Amusement Entertainment Management, LLC and a nationwide revenue-sharing equipment provider, Alpha-BET Entertainment, all headquartered in East Brunswick, NJ.

‘What You Need to Know/Do to Stay Relevant With Your Changing Customer Demographic’

Speaker(s): Kara McClure
Available To: Attendees and Exhibitors

Today’s marketplace competes for entertainment dollars and consumers like never before. With the growing impact of the Internet and technology in our daily lives, what and how customers seek as entertainment changes at near warp speed.

This session will demonstrate how people born in different eras were impacted by different social and economic forces, which, in turn, created generation-specific values, interests and motivations. Five years ago, there were four major generational groups at work and play. Now, there are primarily three generations that participate and each are expecting it to be “their way.” Understanding what attracts and influences them gives us clues about how to focus our marketing efforts and product offerings.
Learn about each generation’s preferences and what this means in terms of buying behavior. Find out which generation(s) you should be gearing your resources towards and why. Discover ways to “touch” the end consumer to get them to bring along friends and family.
Kara McClure brings both a behavioral sciences and business background to her consulting and teaching work, with a focus on leadership development, human resources practices, culture change, team development and workplace diversity.
